My first video was where it's at. That Linkinball Z shit was the pinnicle of my career :?

My first video was: Linkin Park - One step closer to DBZ. And used nothing but Planetnanek.com downloaded (Quicktime of all thing) clips edited one frame at a time.

Now (one of several current projects): Red Nex - Cotton Eye Joe to Goldenboy. Ok, so not much has changed.

I started editing AMVs.....

Now I direct, write, and produce short films and hope to move on to feature films in the future.

I've also met a ton of uber badass people along the way.

AMVs are like Ubernostrum....

Thank you Ubernostrum!

Funny how that works...I've spent way too much time doing music videos, but I have also done lots of other things such as a corporate video, a few documentaries, mutimedia presentations and even an official paid anime project!

It should say Best Man Grip!

I'm sure AMVs have impacted people's lives one way or another. Hell I don't know if I would be where I am today without the uber inspiration of Hsien Lee and William Milberry!

I definitly think that I am much better then when I first started. Not only am I better in syncing and such but I am more familar with effects and such. My first video was The remake I did of MJ's Smashing Pumpkins vid and my greatest is Smash Bitches, now that is range now that I look back.

Oh my. Can we be friends? Seriously, if you become a big time director, you will be my role model. That's what I want to do, someday, but I have no connections.

I can't really say if I've improved over time or not. I know I've learned how to do a whole heck of a lot more and the pure technical aspects of my work has definitely improved (mainly through osmosis of all the people here who know insane amounts about video), but I think it would interesting to show people "Big Gun" and then "Dark Metropolis" and see which (ignoring picture quality) they thought was better.
