It's entirely possible that his QC ability was disabled. Granted, given what type of QC goes by without comment I gotta wonder how he managed to piss off an admin enough to disable his QCs. Not even I've managed that one yet

Thank you, Jaddziadax. That's a screenie of the "My Downloads" page, right? Nothing turns up there but the most recently downloaded video and the form for the stars each time for me. These are all videos that have been on the org for a couple of years. Is there a limit to how many QCs a video can receive or how long QCs are enabled for them?

They should be on your member main page. Also, if you downloaded off a direct link instead of local, there will not be a quick comment option.
