Titles that tell you NOTHING about the video

Imagine if titles told you everything about the video, then what would be the point of watching it in the first place? A somewhat extreme example, but that's basically what you're asking for. A title that immediately tells you, if it's worth the watch and sums up the whole concept in just a few words.
I think this is more about you being too superficial about video titles, rather than us missing good videos because the name isn't catchy enough. On the other hand, I have to admit that including the anime's name, the song's name and your studio in the title is a big turn off.

I've said it before. Most of the head-scratching/uninspired/vague/stupid AMV titles out there are caused by people who have a head-scratching/uninspired/vague/stupid ideas for AMVs.
Perfect example: "Kouga Tribute." Who in the world can't figure out what they're going to get if they download THAT? Do we really need another Kouga tribute? No! Did we ever need one? Not with a title like that!

Agreed.Nessephanie wrote:I don't think a title needs to tell you about the video. The title a representative of it, a name, the description is what tells you about the video.
As for a title that lulls you into a false sense of security:

Care about the video itself, not what format it's in.
