The way I see it. it's not so much theft of property, as theft of the time you put into it, when they say they made your video. It annoys me, but meh, whatcha gonna do. They're not going to stop, unfortunately.

With minimal effort (i.e. helping out on mass-flagging lists) you can make their life a tad less enjoyable. It's something, it's non-obsessive, and it'll annoy the hell out of them.
