Your LEAST favorite part of making AMVs.

I actually don't mind ripping DVDs and all that other lead-in stuff, because I can walk away from it, play video games and rationalize that I'm "kindasorta getting something done, in a way."

I don't like making the final encodes. I'm not very good at it, and there are usually a bunch of snags.

@.@ You have my sympathy. I'm going through several series' at the moment, but Ranma is the longest one right now. (And I've gone through all my FMP footage so many times I know it pretty well by now.)

I'd have a hundred videos if I didn't have to wait so much times. Not having a computer, the anime, the music, the resources really slowed me down. Now that I have all that, my motivation has died out, and I come up with a lot less ideas, and when I think of good ideas I can't come up with how to put an entire video together and I don't always know before hand where to put the clips as well like I use to.

I'd say masking, but I have someone that does all that for me... That leaves clipping. After about 10 to 15 hours of clipping (and the subsequent 60+ hours of waiting for those clips to process and save) you kinda loose all the fun for a bit.

Frame dumping 80,000+ images then transcoding them is a pain too... but that's not a part of "normal" editing I hear.

my least favorite part... hmmm i like editing... the only prt i dont like is finishing a video and having it drop to page 2 with 0 comments on the forums... guess im just not popular...

Interuptions. Especially college. Fuckin' midterms and essays. DAMNIT!

Sorry about all the french -- my absolute hatred for "higher learning" kicked in. Other than that, I think it would have to be the purchasing of DVDs for good quality footage.
