AMV ideas can be frustrating. Often a concept will look sound but not pan out the way you thought. How many ideas are good right from the begining? I think that very few videos stay exactly the same from original idea to final video.
Ideas are hard to force. For my first AMV I spent months activly trying to find a song anime combination and in the end it was a decent video. My best idea, however, I got just by throwing together some sample clips from my source and started randomly throwing songs in the timeline. One of them "Clicked" and a few months later I had my AWA pro entry.

Pyle, no offense man, I have more enemies than you'll EVER have here.Shortly after scrolling down the first page I encountered several disapointing replys. They pissed me off pretty bad, in a way that makes you want to go 'Oh yeah? I'LL SHOW YOU BITCHES!'
And I never posted half as many threads about either wanting to quit, or going to shoot myself cause something is too hard.
If it's too hard, don't do it till you get the skill to do it, if you THINK you can do it, then do it.
Otherwise, please for the love of god, either do a video, to prove everyone who doubted you or whatever wrong.
Or just shut the hell up.
Please.

Okay really quick.
I notice I might have been a little harsh in that last statement. All i'm saying is that, if you think you can do it, do it, people here (or ANYWHERE) didnt get where they are now by wondering if they could.
They got that far by KNOWING they could.
