Spend the rest of your life in the op exchange forum.Pyle wrote:See that pisses me off. How long till I get 50 ops a video?mexicanjunior wrote:Hmmm...Pyle wrote: I put a lot of effort into my videos. I have to because the programs I use don't support those master effects, so you get a plain video that has nothing but clips. You have to make the clips look awesome to get good feedback on it.

Both those were made with WMM1 btw, so you got 1 version up on me.
I remember in the op exchange you even had 300 on one...

depends... could be 80 hours ripping/preparing/editing/encoding. i usualy only include the editing when i say the amount of time becuase ripping/preping and encoding takes maybe an hour or two. but those are important steps while making a video so if people include those, then i don't care.Pyle wrote:I have another question. When I list hours worked on a project I usually think in terms of viable 'man hours', or what you might think of as time that you would charge for if someone was paying you.Pyle wrote:![]()

Okay I'm a dickhead. So what.
I have another question. When people say they worked on a video for 100 hours, did they spend like, 80 hours learning the program and 20 hours working on the video?
When you fake it and take on a project without knowing what you are actually doing, the figuring it out part is free of charge.
When I list hours that I spend on a hobby, I start to think I'm taking it a little to seriously.
