I can't believe I forgot about Ranma.

I'm pretty sure Ranma does. (I mean, it's Anything Goes Martial Arts Skiing.

) Happy Lesson, I think most of the skiing gone wrong is not being able to stop and running into everything before they finally go off a cliff, if I remember correctly. (Or otherwise reaching a rather sudden stopping point.) I forget if there's any other wiping out before then.

episode 46 or 47 of Case Closed. In the beginning of the episode Ran is skiing and Conan is snowboarding. They come up to Ran's dad, who is standing on his skies. They push him and he goes down the slope into a tree.

Skiing...

HimeChan no ribbon has some skiing(and getting stuck on the side of the mountain).

Yeah...and case closed is all I can think off....

Actually looking at my icon...I think the first Naruto Movie has some skiing too...(maybe?) and/or One Piece during the Drum Arc...but I am not possitive..
