Hmmm...
I'm not sure, I have heard Cable connections lagging all the way to christmas. I'm using a webhosting account with incredibly high banwidth, it can do a OC-12 connection loaclly and 26MBps Connection Internationaly and I pay a fraction of the price needed to sustain a Cable modem and it's electricity bills.
