A good video.

Scores do jump around a lot though. Some of my vids stay consistent with their scores, but most go up and down all the time so it's hard to say their actual score. That's why I don't usually pay attention to them too much.

the star score isn't how much effort you put into the video, it's how entertaining the video was to the audience. your perspective of your video as a creator will be very different from viewers' perspectives of the same video.

what's important to viewers isn't so much effects, the timing of your synch, or matching lyrics, so much as holding their interest and/or arousing emotions.

suggestions: beta your video a lot and listen to what your beta reviewers have to say. and try to have a catchy opening and a memorable ending.

Mathmatically speaking, you need more 5's then 3's 2's and 1's put together. Ironicly, 4's have no direct effect on a video holding a score 4.00 and above.

I'm with Jaddzia, I don't really pay much attention to what people say or how they rate stuff.

If I like the AMV then that's all that matters to me. If other people become inspired/moved by it that makes me feel even better but for the people that dont like it. I just shrug cause you can't please everyone

Not to mention half the people that usually end up trashing your videos have AMVs that are in worse shape than your own =P.
