Okie well I wish you luck then and look forward to seeing your results. One thing you might want to do with the lip-synching is to mask out the mouths -- that way you can keep the scene doing whatever it was doing, and manually have them talking when you need it. Sure it takes more work, but the results are well worth it (Check out the "I Wish I Was a Lesbian" AMV for an example)

Now I just need to get my new SATA 160gb HDD installed so I can rip all my AMV footage ^^;; I think I want to install Win2K3 on that drive to take over for my current Win2K install. I just don't remember where I placed the CD for that at all *sigh*
