Ok here's a question then would you guys want AMVisions to exist in a podcast form, cause with the way things have been going unfortunetly it seens like the newsletter is also ending.

On a different note if there is actually going to be some sort of anime podcast it needs to be corectly formatted and not some means to pimp ones self or go off on 1 hour tangents. A AMV podcast should be about 30-45 minutes and cover a few key themes each episode. Kind of like a real radio news program.

Just wanted to let yall know that this week's Daizenshuu EX podcast is primarily focused on AMVs. Mike (VegettoEX) is the host and has Meri and Scott Melzer as guests. It's a little over an hour, but really interesting, especially talking about old AMVs, getting ideas, using footage, fan parodies, and anime fandom in general. A really good listen, I think. Here's the link:

For those of you with iPods, you can get it too with whatever you do to get these things. I sure don't know how, as I'm poor and don't have one. :(
Yeah, the AMV thesis....that was me.

Concept: Good
Execution: Meh

I think that it was a good idea, and it was a decent show. Why not give it another try?

o,o;; I was so not in a correct state when posting... There should have been a few more question marks in there. Sorry about that.

There's already an AMV streaming "TV Station" on Winamp Video. Anyone with Winamp 5 can watch it. They "podcast" all the crappiest videos unfit to mention. :P
