It would be interesting to know if they actually had. Honestly though, I'd be pretty surprised if they'd actually released (as in sold on DVD) any of their shows in HD. Broadcast- that's a different story, HD displays and cable boxes are getting more common- but to sell something there generally has to be a reasonably large market for it, and to my knowledge no consumer-level HD-DVD players exist yet- or if they exist they're godawful expensive. I quick search yields several DVD players that upscale sources to HD sizes, but I don't see anything about true HD DVD players. Simply from a business standpoint, I can't see their releasing things in HD on disc as being anywhere near profitable until more people actually have the players.
