If you at least want some traffic or quick comments, try to whore yourself out as much as possible without spamming.

Sigs/avatars are a good place to start since 1 out of 10 people might actually click on a sig link with a picture.

The scale is actually 1 (best) to 5 (worst). The explanatory text on the rating scale page is a bug that hasn't yet been fixed.

Well, if you want to get ops and are a rookie (like me) you might try to win a contest (like me) and some people who feel obliged to honour you will give you ops. Another way is the op exchange I never used. You should always publish your videos with an eye-catching headline in the forum. So far so good. Good luck

MJ has a good point, how can you expect other people to oppinion all the videos they download when you do not?

To further illustrate this point I propose the following system: Every video uploaded must recive at least one oppinion from Tapion_Areg. I'm sure everyone can agree this is fair.
