Yeah, I gotta admit that I don't think this is going to work out at all, I know tons of people who allready have alias e-mail accounts or just more than one, I personally have five e-mail accounts. And you can't force them to get a brand new account on their server nor can the e-mail companies really check out if the info is correct. Stupid law.

and

gives law enforcement the ability to charge users with a misdemeanor if the email address is not present.
Under the new law, people are not charged with copyright violations, but are instead fined or arrested for omitting their email address.
OMG! This is one of the most retarded laws that I've seen in a really long time. Not quite as bad as the one that was supposed to make teachers report illegal aliens for deportation if they showed up in school though. I think they should instead pass a law that requires all the people who pass laws to get the full feeling of having their civil rights being rectally anihilated like the rest of us.
I'm so sick of seeing that 'this movie' or 'that movie' has made record wweekend box office numbers, and yet the industry is still bitching about how much they are losing. They are not losing anything, they are just not making as much as they want. You know that's what stupid stuff like this is REALLY about.

I'll do the thinnin' around here!

Just more proof of how truly weird the political situation is here in California. My dad says it's because Californians just couldn't bear to be beaten by Oregonians... or something like that.

I mean, seriously, why don't they try to enact a law which will actually have an effect? I mean, sure we don't LIKE all this copyright enforcement stuff (because you know most people break copyright laws, and almost everyone, if not everyone here does), but if they're trying to crack down, I'm sure there are more effective ways to do it.

Not sure if I'll even do it, or if it affects normal downloading other than p2p.

Poltics, oh man, gotta love it. Go Kerry.

Anyway, here I was thinking that Arnold was a Republican and hence he would like to give people more freedom.
