Free FTP uploading thingie?

that too... but i found its faster to get yourself situated before you go into the client

basically you just gotta make sure your in the right folder on your comp before you want to upload anything (or go into the ftp period)

Note, this doesn't work if you need to send it to a specific port, but that's not a problem for the org (at least I don't know, and my dad couldn't figure out, how to make it work for a specific port). Plus using a client is a little more intuitive (heck I'm just lazy).

Sure it does. Then, it's:
type in ftp

open *address with port specified*
username
password

you know, the IP:port convention?

Doesn't matter if it's a crappy client, since uploading to here is basically the only thing I use it for in the first place.

I fucking hate SmartFTP. Every time it hits 98%(3 hour upload here people. Fucking 28k), it resets back to 0, saying it had an 'error'.

I used to use WS_FTP, but it sucks, so now i use SmartFTP http://www.smartftp.com and works great! and the best thing is that you dont have to pay anything
