Anyone else watch their own AMVs excessively for no reason?

I do ...
I do watch my videos over again, I like to review them mainly because I take pride in my work and its good to watch something and go hey I made that and I like it =], to me it takes even more enjoyment to the video when watching it I can also feel a sense of accomplishment, there are alot of things I have done where I havent been able to actually view them over again, maybe only in my mind. But with amvs, I am able to see it all over again, which is very nice

I watch mine sometimes, because they have memories attatched to them, and because I can see where I was and where I can go. Also, I re-watch my videos everytime I get a new op for them, so I can see what the person was talking about, and whether or not I agree. Sometimes they disagree with my artistic choice or my interpretation of the song, and I decide I would never change that, you know? But back on topic, I sometimes even watch my vids because I like them, but that's hard for me, because what I think about more is what went into them, and also my past vids have not turned out quite the way I originally wanted them, though sometimes that's good ('course I only like my second and third vids anyway).

Actually, I see the video so many times during the creation process, previews, and quality checks and so forth that I get a bit numbed to it.
I like to give it a while, and revisit the video after about a month or so, by that time it gets about as much play as any of the other vids on the hard drive.

Depends on the video. I've made two that I don't like and in afterthought wish I had never entered into the database. Pretty much the only time I watch either of them is when I get a useful review and want to check what it's talking about. Some of my others failed to live up to my imagination so I'm rather indifferent to them and watch sparingly. A couple of mine turned out close to what I wanted so I really like them and watch frequently.

Re: I do ...
x2, but what Madbunny said sometimes is true aswell. This happened to me with Sexy body cowgirls, and for a little while with AR.RathiSponge wrote:I do watch my videos over again, I like to review them mainly because I take pride in my work and its good to watch something and go hey I made that and I like it =], to me it takes even more enjoyment to the video when watching it I can also feel a sense of accomplishment, there are alot of things I have done where I havent been able to actually view them over again, maybe only in my mind. After I finish a video, I find myself watching it several times a day. After that wears off, I still watch them occasionally, usually when I get some comments on them or I see another similar video. I like how my videos turned out, so I also like to take pride in my work. Lately, I've been excessively watching this 15 second Final Fantasy clip that I edited and wondering when I am going to get around to finish the video (even though that video is second in line to be finished and I hardly have time for the first one).
