to the general community: i mean, think about it people. if the general standard for AMV's production improved so much, wouldnt that push the masters to create even better masterworks? ild call that a win-win!
the standards would change almost entirely! if todays beginners could do as good as the intermediates and the intermediates as good as (or nearly) the masters due to the higher tier teaching/mentioning the lower on a completely volunteer basis then....... the posibilities are staggering.
Even if the voices in my head aren't real, they have some Damn good ideas, you're just jealous because they only talk to me.

I think the best thing to do when talking to noob is 'don't sugarcoat it'. If the video sucks, tell him so, then tell him what he needs to do to make it better.

Generally, it's a very good wake up call :roll:
