That simply means the cost of living here will increase since electric blankets use electricity (duh) and that costs money. Upkeep will increase meaning that an amount of money may be mandatory for downloads to be allowed.

We can't go to florida. Too much information routing for me to have 200+kbytes dl from florida. Yes, I'm that important.

That leaves lowering the roof. Or leaving the ones that can't stand the cold to die from hypothermal.
