and no one gives a flying fuck just like that thread said, its a grey area, its illegal, but its also free publicity, and since most AMV sites STRONGLY discourage p2p and warez and such, it will benefit the music industry and such, people only care about stealing music because there are a bunch of punks out there that dl all the death/evil/dark music and blast that annoying crap all over their cockroach apartment building and someone thought how can such a creepy poor guy be gettign so much music? so they found out about kazaa, but WE take the music and turn it into something beautiful, the music to us is like a flower waiting to bloom, we give it water and sun and care for it, and it becomes a prize plant, blossoming in a serenade of mostly techno or rock music with lil cartoons dancing to the beat (ok the end is kinda weird but u must admit that flower crap is kinda "sweet")

WTF?

I agree with the death/evil/dark music sentence. I see Britney Spears crap all over the computers of people I know. What could be more death/evil/dark?

Until a creator is taken to court and a ruling is made it's hard to say if it's legal or not. On one hand it's a pretty obvious case of fair use and derivative work. On the other hand who the hell knows how to courts would rule on anything anymore. Regardless it's highly doubtful that anyone will every question you, it'd probably just be assumed that if Radio Shack is showing it then it must have been licensed and legal.

Anyway, use any of mine on the off chance any of them are worth using. You'd probably be better off showing the 3 DDR projects and the 5 Animix projects though, it'd be easier.
