I assume that this purge will only affect videos that aren't supposed to be on the donut, not clip them off the catalog all together?

correct.

Those who want to keep them on their profiles will do so at the expense of being able to take part in the VCAs just like this year, I'd imagine.

It will only be used as a space saving option. It's not critical.

Just to bother people with technicalities, what about that show Teen Titans? I believe it's all American based, yet it draws from many Japanese Animation styles and even has a Japanese intro. Would this be a viable video option even though it didn't originate from Japan?

erm..no plans on making a Teen Titans vid just to clarify.

Although... Yeah I dont think the teen titans is anime though and I mean, I guess theres a commen sense point from what and what isnt anime.

For example...

Batman isnt anime (commen sense)

And neither is the anime inspired (somewhat)

Teen Titans (a bit more difficult)

Though I guess if it HAS anime in with it, it can be classified as anime?

well, if its got anime then i guess ya could say it is anime. one thing though, i dont get it with final fantasy amv's. i mean, they arent actualy anime, they dont even look anything like anime.

The site says "Videogame mv's are aloud - though you will be dissqulified from the vca's for having them" I belive so.
