An angsty/dramatic video? I got a perfect one for you (at least I think it's perfect...)

<a href="http://www.freekdesigns.com/senpai/redu ... uraination: Revolution</a> has it all. It's got TONS of action, but it also has a story to it. The song is practicly the unofficial Kenshin soundtrack. Read the lyrics than watch the video...lots of lyric matching. THe stuff said in the lyrics actually happens in the anime as well....bah! hard to explain, great match! Hope you enjoy it.

Also, another angsty, but not dramatic video would be my <a href="http://www.freekdesigns.com/senpai/redu ... l">Spit</a> video. It has NOTHING but action set to some Sepultura using the kenshin TV series. A lot of people seemed to really like the action on it, but didn't like the fact that it had absolutely no plot to it at all. Check it out, it might fit your mood though.

And the final shameless plug would be for <a href="http://www.freekdesigns.com/senpai/redu ... ">Glory</a>.

It has a plot, has a sufficient amount of action and has plenty of drama. The song is an instrumental and is a score from the Warcraft III soundtrack. I think you might like this one the best, so check it out.

I have to admit a good 95% of the AMV's on this site are pure crap! There are only a handful of artists on this site who can actually make a good AMV and a few that show good potential. You can really tell a good AMV when you watch it and just sit back and say WOW! That kicked ass!

Well back to the topic at hand, properly mixing action and drama is sort of a lost art now days. I don’t know what to say man. It’s hard to find a well done drama/action AMV anymore. They all get buried by crappy linkin park videos or FLCL stuff. You may have to dig up some oldschool vids like Once in a Lifetime/El Hazard or some of Maboroshi Studios works. (His best stuff is on his website) I’ve got a Kenshin AMV lurkin about but I doubt it’s what you’re lookin for, unless you like old school black and white Akira Kurasawa ^_^
