Actually I bought the naruto dvds, and they aren't significantly better visually then the downloaded material I already have. Not all vids made from downloaded material suck, visual qaulity isn't the only important aspect of a good amv. If I want to make a naruto amv I couldn't just go out and rent it from blockbuster, infact the blockbuster around me has a very limited qauntity of anime, I'd have to spend 100+ dollars buying all the dvds with their bad subtitling. By the way I use downloaded material because I blew my money on vegas 4.0, that was expesnsive but I got a good deal on ebay. So not everyone that uses d/l material use windows movie maker, it's just hard to get good source material for animes that haven't been imported yet.

Yeah, like Thorax Entertainment's <a href="http://www.animemusicvideos.org/members ... 582">"Your Hinascope"</a>. I enjoy it immensely even though it was obviously made from fansubs.
