A clause
Only one thing i found in that legal section usefull is that one clause that guy was talking about basically saying it is perfectly legal to make these but not distribute them, while downloading would be considered distributing i guess, but i agree with most of those people that it only advertises the song and Anime for the companies, its like a trialer.
