As far as the 3rd one goes, he's just selling an Escaflone (sp?) poster, and INCLUDING the cd for free. nothing wrong with that.

You make a point. my bad.
Does that mean we can ditribute those "materials" so long as no profit is being made?

I believe you can't.

the guy is selling other peoples work to make money. so if we did that, the answer would be no. Now if we sold our own work on e-bay, like if i sold my steve dies vid and hey vash vid i could do that because i made the vid and and i would b making a profit off of my work. now i look down at the selling of amv's because it is something that should b done for free.

He's selling a CDR full of copyrighted music and copyrighted video clips. That means his auction violates ebay policy. Go shut him down.

But seriously, those selling amvs should really quit. Its really lame.
What can one say? As long as there's demand... or someone dumb enough to pay for something available free.

Nope, sorry. You can't do that. You have no more legal right to distribute the works than the people selling full CDs of found videos on eBay do.

You can legally distribute your Premiere project files and the like, but few people would want to have to reassemble your video from its components.
