Not much that can be said that hasn't already at this point but for me if still depends. Technically one could argue that tools like "scene detection" is a use of AI, but when it comes to generative AI that's when the water gets merky. I'd say at the point where the AI "does most of the work for you" is when it crosses the line for me. That includes creating something. That said I have seen AI used to "extend" existing footage to add more frames to a clip. Usage like that I feel could be acceptable.
