well yeah, if your selling them your selling A TON OF PEOPLE's WORK, allt eh animators for the anime's u've used, all the people that were invloved with teh making of the song u used, therefore you need lisencing agreements with both in order to market your AMV's LEGALLY

making AMVs is legal, and distributing it to friends you know is legal, it's covered under fair use. Distribution to anyone is a bit of a grey area and generally illegal.

If your making profit off of it they come after ya, because it was their original material, the video, the audio for some, distributing free copies would probably raise hell with teh music industry like napster, winmx p2p and bootlegging

fuck laws. we all download div-x'es and mp3's. some smoke pot and eat horses. do what you like. just keep that much sense of moral that you don't sell other people's amv's, cuz then we would have to murder you.
