Copyright Infringment?

The current situation for me is, My Webhost (internet solutions) and I are trying to find out what files were violating copyright, i have to say the idea of just my music videos being illegal or going under copyright infringment is downright stupid being there are Thousands of them out there total that basically follow the same syntax, well teh court in the UK issued the site be taken down, I've sent them numerous emails about it asking them to kindly define OFfending software witha Filename[then extension[] but no reply My webhost has done the same basically to them, we aren't getting no answer, My website according to teh court the Disclaimers were Irrelevant for giving credit of the original sources to the rightful companies, Now if any of you have had this happen before, witch i somehow doubt, how did u get an answer, my webhost is ok with me putting it back up but the DNS isn tthere anymore, although i have ownership of it til 2005, yipee

Well, How do you fix it with ur webhost if they are using that as an excuse for me taking up bandwidth, ? i want this issue resolved, maybe i'll make a small editorial on it for newbs, later, although i as of current am a newb to the law world, anybody pls help

That was probably the most eloquent way I've ever seen of hammering the legality of AMVs into someone.
