3) You know how they say woman look prettier after they've fallen in love? Well that's another thing I'm looking for. I'm looking for a character, who after falling in love, losing her virginity, anything like that, becomes more beautiful.
I'd also like evidence (scenes) as to why this woman/girl is now prettier. Scenes of her kissing the guy she liked while she wasn't as pretty, scenes of her actually doing it with the guy, etc.

You could try paradise kiss or bokura ga ita for these. There is no real sex scene from what I recall (You probably wont get this unless you go to a hentai...) but there are scenes of them getting started. Paradise kiss has the most change in it for the main character though, she becomes really pretty thanks to the club but she does fall in love with him so who knows. The main character is a real jerk though so there aren't many scenes of them having a serious relationship. The girl in bokura starts acting like a lovestruck girl and changes her hair a few times and clothes etc from what I remember she starts worrying about fashion in magazines though good luck finding that cause I have no idea which episode. It's been too long. Oh and she starts smiling/joking alot with him till the drama parts anyway.

I've actually seen both anime, and I have Paradise Kiss down, because I remember her driving in George's car while looking all pretty, which is a scene I needed. Didn't think of Bokura ga Ita though. I think it could potentially work. Another really "light" series, but I could work with it.
