I have everything except the bolded lines mapped out pretty well, I'm have a mental block on those though. >.<
Anyway, the AMV is sort of like a culmination of each major tragic character. Themes: Action, Drama, Story telling
So if anybody could suggest some scenes/ideas for those few lines, not too literal hopefully, I'd appreciate it very much.

The first movie has a princess character who was ousted as a child- Kakashi was the one who escorted her to safety. There are flashbacks with scenes of the palace burning down, so those could be used- you could even try to have those sections be about Kakashi, though IIRC there are only a few glimpses of him in the flashback- probably not enough.
Also, "Conception to the grave" could work with imagery of Naruto as a baby.
