Help me find a music video

Ok il be to the point.
An old music video came to mind and I want to remember the song but i cant.
Basically the clip was based in space and in the future. There was a security station protecting a civilisation from invasion. The security gaurds are distracted somehow and the very last scene in the anime music video is a gaurd running for a big red button which sounds the alarms for everyone in the city. He presses it.
The song was a House/ Dance track

I'm thinking 1998-2001 but I cant find it on this websites search.

good stuff
there was a clip shown a few years back on adult swim.
Interstella 5555 was made using Daft Punk's "Discovery" album

It was only on Toonami and they only showed the first 4, and they cut at least 2 minutes out of One More Time.

It's available on DVD, pretty affordable, easily found too.
