I don't know what anime you're looking for footage of, but you would find the footage on the DVDs of said anime.

if by "clips" you mean amvs, use the supersearch.

You can use clips from other amv's to make your own amv's.

But if you do that and people find out, things could get ugly pretty fast. So I wouldn't advise it.

Gundam Seed Destiny, which I think is the series you're referring to, is currently being released on DVD in North America. Please seek out those instead of asking for clips, since the latter is against the forum rules.
