need a little help on my 3d amv

hello everyone, I dont know any of you and you dont know me so only makes the criticsm easier for me better. anyways, I need to know (this is kinda of a stupid question) but if a 3d animation of a anime was used in an amv would that be consereded anime? conserding that the 3d animation part is fan made and it did not happened in the anime. cuz i was planning to have it where it be kinda like a rock concert of naruto (vocals), garra(guitarist), sasuke( other guitarist), and another naruto clone on the drums. but i only have 30 sec on anime and the rest are 3d and its a 4 min song. and i am not sure what i want to keep and what to get rid of. so any suggestions for some ideas, i am planning to use the song monsters by matchbook paradise ( i think >.<) and i am planning to base it around naruto, garra, and sasuke's inner demon or kinda evil side.

There are videos using only original animation around here, so I'm guessing it would be fine. But don't quote me.

Actually i believe it is okay to do original animation only videos.

That someone does something doesn't proof that it's legal. As you can see, the thread that I linked was made by Phade, the site owner, and the rules were set up by Vlad G. Pohnert, the site admin responsible for the content of the AMV's. And it's only a bit older than half a year. That the linked AMV is still up proofs imho only that it gotn't the attention of the admins.

To summarize: If you want to be sure that it is ok, contact Vlad.

You should ask this in the help section if you are not sure.
Kalium can usaually get back to you very quick.
I can almost guarantee that it would be approved though. Ive heard multiple times that original animation is allowed here and alot of people have done those type of videos and announced them in the amv anouncement section. ^^
