I have to agree with what Infinity and Judge said though, WMM is really meant for home movies, maybe with some background music. It's really not meant for anything more technical than that. Some of the effects and transitions are alright (The dissolve doesn't look as nice as one might think though), but most are going to look bad in an AMV. Add that there's no way to alter the parametres, like making a fade go faster or slower (or, if you can, I haven't found it yet) and trying to use them tastefully quickly turns into a bashed-in monitor sitting in the alley under your window. It's a good starting point for making AMVs though, assuming you can get it to cooperate.
