Help with hosting and some other stuff

I really need help with hosting. I already have a host, yeah, but it's got sooooo much traffic, it rarely downloads. Please tell me if you can help me with web hosting. Thank you. Also, I added two or three vids, and they're the same, so I wanna get rid of one or two and edit the other so someone can DL my vids. Can someone help?
Hola. Name's Bill. I love browsing this site for AMVs, and, well, my friend challenged me to make some AMVs. I guess we're in for competition. His name's CJ, and he might submit. Anyways, please please PLEASE comment me, write suggestions, whichever. I'm open.
