Non-anime MVs?

I was wondering something....

What if you have a great idea for a MV but it's a movie or something non-anime? And you want to share them here with the community, but it says it's not aloud? Surely it's okay if a few people post some movie MVs or something. I remember several years ago, I found a few non-anime AMVs. What I was wondering was, is it okay in small use or just none at all?

theres lots of other vidding communities... this is specifically ANIME music videos, so uploading them here would be against rules...

if you want to "announce" it here you can always post it in your "AMV JOURNAL" theres a few people who pay attention to that section...

and theres always the dreaded "youtub<a>e</a>.com" community... though most of the people there dont seem to upload their own work... >.>

your best bet is livejournal though, as trythil posted... though there are actually several vidding communities there..
