are amv legal or illegal ?

I have a question my self that involves his question...if there illegal how can they show it at cons?

I know nothing about these fees, but have heard enough different people talk about them, so I can say that's a pretty solid answer.

I got some ideas... I dont know yet, are they good, or not....

1) I won't show in tv What may bring another day , because , it would be the most stupid idea, to show some amv with Polish song. I dont want to provoke anybody, right? But this amv is to brutal, I guess, for showing it tv, so there's not a problem
2) I want to see the question , they can give me (and declare before the show starts, if I dont want to answer to some)
3) They are not showing my amv's from the beggining to the end
4) I won't give my real name and surname (just my amv Nick)

And the truth is, if they want to, they would also ask me not only about amv, and their legallity, but also, about software, that I use amv (god dammit, in Poland AE Pro costs about 2000$, Premiere a little bit less : only 1000$

)
And actually, I still dont know , what to do.... But anyway, thanks for everything, guys, and sorry, to put again so reapeted topic...
