myspace videos

So I am a fan of anime Cowboybebop FLCL and the like. I was searching for a clip of FLCL to put on my myspace page or really to figure out how to manipulate the html to do that. I was so impressed when i found this orginization that i forgot all about my myspace project.

So i wanted to ask some questions.

First is it ok to take a video and post it up on myspace
Second how do i go about giving credit where credit is do for the art
and lastly is anyone a wiz with html that could point out a easy means for me to put say an FLCL music video on myspace.

I'm not to sure on the rules for taking someones video and putting it on your own site but I can point in the right direction to become your own HTML wiz.
go to W3schools for the most everything you could ever want to know bout building websites.

Thats all I can help with.
