According to popular lore (and the guy who made it), it was Gun-damn set to Styx's "Mr. Roboto", made some 2 decades ago. Not available that I know of here, but I'm sure he'll be back on one of the AMV panels at Otakon again before too long.Hokage wrote:Hi There Everybody!!!

You might be referring to this. As far as I know, it's the first attempt to put anime to music by American singers. Dated 1961.
It's HORRIBLE, and can usually be found on Ebay or the like, or I could be talked into giving my copy away.

If you're talking about the first fan-made AMV, then I think Jim K...I forgot his last name, is responsible for the first. It was Yamato set to All You Need is Love, I think. I can check when I get home. I have it on tape, but am in no position to distribute it. Sorry =(
