I can live with that. I'm interested in making an AMV, and I figured this would be the best place to ask for help. (If it's the wrong board, please tell me and I'll move it 
)I have a vast quanitity of anime available, a vast quantity of music, a vast quantity of ideas and potentially a video capture card. What I don't have is a clue how to put them all together.
Could any of you kind and gentle members (flatter, flatter) point me in the right direction? What's the best software to use? Do you have any tips/advice or tutorials/help on using the software to share with a poor little newbie? Please help, as I've wanted to make sweet music (videos) for several years now. It's on my list of 'Things To Do Before I Turn 18' and as I turn 18 in but a few weeks, getting started would make my day/week/month/year.
So, how could/should/would I go about making a music video? I've seen my fair share of bad, good and amazing music videos, and hopefully I can progress to make a few decent ones of my own. I would be incredibly grateful if someone could introduce me to the right software and give any tips or hints or advice (or even witty entertaining comments) that would help me along with this.
