C.G.I. Movies on the silver screen

Post by DragonBooi » Thu Mar 17, 2005 7:01 am

Why is it that people are only using C.G.I. to create comedys & kiddies movies? It pisses me off to no end. And Im wondering whether anyone feels the same or disagrees. We need 2 do something about it!!!!!!
Seriously.

First of all, this should be in General ANime.

Second of all, this doesn't really have anything to do with anime or AMVs. However, there's always things like Final Fantasy: The Spirits Within, as well as Appleseed (which was shot using a v. weird CGI animation style), FFVII: Advent Children, etc.

In the loosest definition of C.G.I. (Computer Generated Images), there are lots of movies being created - Immortal (Ad Vitam), Sin City, Casshern, and more were all created with actors on green screen sets.

I think he means cgi as in everythings computer generated right down to the bad acting.

Personaly, I dont care. A medium istelf is nothing. its what you do wtih it that makes an impact.
