Wow, thanks, Pen-Pen. Your post was very encouraging and uplifting.

Ironically, most of my videos have gotten good opinions. And even the not so good aspects have gotten constructive criticism. It has been in the fashion of "your footage quality is not good, you need to use better compression or get a better source" and not "your visuals suck, you cannot distinguish anything, everybody's distorted, how can you make a video that looks so lousy, aren't you ashamed of yourself?".

So in a way, I do think opinions work much better than stars. Opinions combine both quantitative and qualitative aspects, are broken down into many categories, and are no more subjective than star ratings.
