I received an op on a my video, I simply didn't get the why to some's 1s here so I sent a pm to the admin, I made it right? I sent a pm, is that what I had to do?>_< Now I have to see if for him is good to cancel or keep that opinion right? Sorry for the useless post but I don't know if I made something wrong

Someone left me a nasty review, what can I do about it?

Firstly, bear in mind that these are opinions. People are allowed to dislike what you've made, and that’s something you may just have to live with.

If someone has left you a malicious, inflammatory and unfair opinion (for instance if you left a negative comment on one of their videos and they give you a bad op ‘in revenge’, or if they're just plain mean and have given a bad review without having even seen it), then please post your username, your video title and the username of the person who left the opinion to admin@animemusicvideos.org.

We really should update that FAQ sometime. A post to the Mod Drop Box or a PM to an admin is fine. The e-mail gets enough messages as it is.

I saw the eamil earlier. Haven't replied because the VCAs have made this a busy day.

It's not all 1's but the scores arent justified by the reviewer. I think the best thing to do is to email the person who left the review and ask them to explain in more detail why they didnt like the video. You deserve that at least.

you should really contact the person who gave you the opinion first. and see why they gave you 1's
