How to rating uncomplete videos?

Is not completely uploaded by author (or moderator). I think there should be "uncomplete" option in star rating, or something like this. I don't wanna give one star, and i'm not so sure to give five. Moreover... i'm not sure to give any star at all!
I want to be honest, but also i don't want to be "blocked" by too many not rated clips.

Because we felt like it. And because sometimes the file size can either go outta site or you wanna express the second or third part in a diffrent way.

As for rating it, you can rate it whatever you want, because soon it will be gone. (If it is indeed an incomplete video)

Entering a New Video:
You should NOT create a new video entry if the video meets any of the following criteria:
4. The video is still in progress. The catalog is only for videos that have actually been completed. For videos that have not been completed, there is still a chance that it will not be completed. Wait until you are finished with the video before making an entry

Of course many creators have videos that are either "I didnt want to finish it, here it is" or "Here is a compliation of videos that never worked out" so it's a tough call.
