Can you make a dream come true?

About a month ago I got the pleasure of watching Haibane Renmei (forgive me if I mispelled it). Although I had my doubts at first, I grew to love this mellow yet sad anime. After watching some of the later episodes one night, I random listened to the American Pie 2 OST. That's when I heard this song: 'Halo' by Oleander. I found the song title a bit ironic of HR, and that's when the spark happened. This song is mellow and sad much like HR. "I believe I might be onto something here," I thought to myself. In my mind, while listening to this song, I can somewhat picture a video revolving around the two Haibane's that have their 'day of flight' (I won't go into details so as to not spoil anything for anyone).
So this is where all you greatly skilled AMV creators come into play I'm hoping for a subless, fair quality video. Wonderful use of transitions and other effects would be great. In my mind, I can picture some 'fade from white' transitions here and there, but that's all I can really picture. I'd love to take on this project myself, but thanks to a busy life and severe lack of skill, it still remains a vision.
So is there anyone out there willing to take on this challenge? I do hope so. You have no idea just how happy I would be to scroll along the new downloads, and see my idea turned into reality. Hopefully, I'll see something by December.
One last thought:
I can also picture HR to 'This is your Life' by Switchfoot, but Halo is still the better of the two songs IMHO
