. Does anyone make their own hand drawn AMV's from scratch anymore?

. I bring this idea to mind because I've started making an AMV from
scratch and I'm getting really tired of Frame-by-Frame copy and paste!

. Can anybody offer me links to Animation type software that does not
involve any of that grotesk 3D garbage for drawing and storyboarding?

(( the latest software I have for doing this kind of work is a 1990's DOS program
called Digital Animator ó_ò sniff-sniff! ))
