Hosting a site for my vid (help please)

hey, i made my first AMV. well...technically not Amv. i made it with the matrix cause i had this idea in my head and i wanted to get it done. my next vid will be anime though. anyways. it says i can't upload files that arn't Anime onto their harddrive. also, i don't have my own web site to host it from. anyone know of any good free site that will let me put upload a 16 mb file on there for people to download? thanks
