I actually thought about making a wallpaper using a screen-capture of me using Premiere. I would have to make the stuff in the timeline look pretty and/or complicated, however. I could always just jumble a bunch of crap on the timeline or even spell out something using clips to form the letters.

also another tip: your credit line should be smaller and a little less intrusive, take example of the ones at www.animewallpapers.com.

not a bad job, I prefer pretty scenery, cute/cool anime characters, or pleasant feeling scenes from anime on my desktop though.

Right now its the scene of Chihiro and Haku falling in the sky from spirited away ;p

It looks A LOT better than the thumbnail I saw. The textures and such are nice, again my only problem is the fact that all the attention is drawn to the center. To perhaps help people in the future here's some wallpapers I like and ones I dislike and why. Hopefully seeing what people like will help you in the future, if any of you made these wallpapers I apologize, these are just ones I personally wouldn't put on my desktop

-there's way too much text on it, it distracts me, the colors are icky and don't go well with the foreground characters, plus varying quality in the images used

-waaaaay too much going on here, there's a distracting lense flare smack in the middle

-sweet and simple, it leaves pleanty of space to stick your icons without covering part of the image. The colors go well together and the image is of good quality

-the characters could have used a little remastering to make the colors more vibrant, but this one also leaves pleanty of space to stick the icons, the colors go well together, not too much clutter, and they didn't try to throw on a billion different effects

Just some things to consider when making wallpaper, try to think if you'd actually want it on your desktop
you are an artist, a god in your own mind

I'm working on THIS right now. Yes, I did all of that. I'm just wondering how I can make the grass look more real...
