To answer the post's question, my first good contest had 4 of my amvs sent in, they were all competing against each other in the dance category [by themselves I might add] and I won by default [which for me felt sad and pathetic lol]

Just goes to show nobody likes making dance amvs lol.

my first contest was Fanime03. I actually had an anxiety attack while waiting for the results so that wasn't fun... i was happy i lost... after that there was AX03, which was a lot better. i was nervous but it was a lot more fun cause i was hanging out other amv creators i knew and just met. which helped me with being nervous. I was really surprised i won also. i was too happy to be nervous by then... then i realized i was gona be on the amv panel the next year, lol
