click on "add video" on the menu on the side of your profile page. after you've filled out the information for adding the video you can click on the "upload video" button (also in the menu on the left side of the page) and it will walk you through the upload process.
while you're at it, click on the 'guides' button. lots of good information there on making videos, as well as answers to quite a few of this sort of questions.
now, before anyone else feels a need to flame:
this would go in the 'site help' forum, for future reference.
except that it wouldn't, because at the top of the 'site help' forum is a sticky thread on 'how do i upload a video'. the sticky threads are nice - you don't have to wait for an answer because it's already up there.
